Complete Birth Packages Includes: 3 virtual prenatal session (2 hours on phone and Zoom) centering holistic, evidence-based childbirth education, Nutrition, Prenatal Yoga, Birth/Postpartum planning, Holistic comfort measures and relaxation techniques for homeostasis of mind-body-spirit, and more. Phone/text/ virtual support before, during, and after your birth;  On-call support for phone and/or video support 24/7 during your birth;  1-2 virtual postpartum sessions (1 hour) to debrief your birth experience, receive virtual support with newborn care, sleep, breastfeeding positions and/or hand expression, centering Black postpartum healing traditions. Includes personalized virtual support for famiies who consume cannabis: Receive a Cannabis Doula Care Consultation & individualized Care Plan Guidance and support securing safe access to cannabis and managing associated risks with harm reduction Assistance talking to your providers,and support team about cannabis use during pregnancy Educational support, Resources, and Research on cannabis for women’s health, children/family wellness, and obstetrics and gynecological support. Professional cannabis caregiver services for registered medical cannabis patients Custom handcrafted CBD-Infusions for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum: Bath Soak, Body Butter, Massage Oil, Teas, Tinctures, Suppositories, and/or yoni steam herbs Methods of Consumption educational exploration and demonstrations Cannabis Analgesia for Childbirth Tips for Choosing SAFE, Quality Cannabis, & more resources from the Holistic Cannabis Consumption: Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Postpartum online course Upon purchasing the Cannabis Doula Holistic Birth Package you will recieve a Holistic Birth Doula Consultation with Melanie to discuss details including the Contract and Information Packet, and booking your upcoming prenatal sessions. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Melanie at least one hour before the start of your appointment. You may reschedule within two weeks of the cancelled session, after which time you must pay for / book another session. No refunds.
